Our standard MOQ is 20,000 pieces per SKU. For multi-SKU orders we can discuss a combined minimum, since setup cost is shared across the run.

How long does a sample take?

Physical samples are couriered within 7 working days of receiving your specification. Samples are free; you cover courier for the first round.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes. Private label is our primary business. You provide the brand and artwork, we handle dielines, production and batch coding. The artwork remains your property.

What are your payment terms?

Domestic orders are on advance against proforma invoice. Export orders are on advance T/T or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

Do you supply to hospitals on rate contract?

Yes. We supply nursing homes, hospitals and elder-care facilities on annual rate contracts with scheduled replenishment.
